Return & Refund Policy
At US Ideal Craft, every customized product is specially created according to the photos, names, messages, and design preferences provided by our customers. Therefore, customized and personalized products are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once the order has been confirmed and production has started.
Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The customization does not match the details submitted by the customer.
Reporting an Issue
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order Number
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Description of the issue
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized photo gifts
- Personalized scrapbooks
- Customized frames
- Personalized greeting cards
- Any product made specifically according to customer requirements
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once customization work has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
